Welcome to Nardour, we are thrilled to have you as a customer. Please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions before making any purchases. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before proceeding.
1. General
1.1. The terms "we," "our," and "us" refer to Nardour. The term "you" refers to our customers and website users.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Nardour and govern your use of our website and any purchases made.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Product Information
2.1. We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colours of the products.
2.2. All product prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to make the purchase.
3.2. To place an order, email caitlin@nardour.com.au, fill in the enquiry form on the Nardour website or DM the Nardour Instagram page. You will need to provide:
The name of the piece you'd like to order
The size you want
Your choice between 9ct solid gold or silver (only select pieces are available in silver)
Your name
Your email address
Your delivery address
3.3. Once your order is received, we will prepare an invoice for payment. This must be paid within 5 business days to confirm your order. You can either pay via credit card (a convenience fee of 1.9% will be added to online card payments) or via direct bank deposit.
3.4. Receipt of a direct transfer is not deemed to be payment for goods until we have received the funds in our account. Your order will not be prepared until funds have been received. Please take care when entering account details for direct transfers. Payment into a wrong account is the customer’s responsibility.
3.5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, technical errors, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Nardour.
4. Made-to-order lead time
4.1. Please allow six weeks for a made-to-order piece from the point payment is made. Please note there may be additional delays due to public holidays and the end-of-year holiday break.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We offer complimentary shipping within Australia.
5.2. New Zealand orders over $300 will receive complimentary shipping, duties and taxes may be payable.
5.3. Other international orders are possible via enquiry, shipping will be quoted depending on your location, duties and taxes will be payable.
5.4. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
5.5. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Pieces made-to-order, especially for you with your choice of metal type and size are custom orders. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom order, please get in touch and we will endeavour to find a resolution.
6.2. If your piece is not made-to-order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order.
6.3. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
6.4. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
7. Warranty and Guarantee
7.1. All Nardour products are made with high-quality materials and care. If there is any manufacturing fault or transit damage, when delivery has been arranged by us, we will replace the product.
7.2. All Nardour jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee against faults in materials or workmanship. The guarantee does not cover defects from general wear and tear, scratching, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse, or any resulting loss of the item from it. If someone else has repaired or modified the item, the guarantee is void. In the rare event of a problem, please contact us and bring back your piece as soon as possible – we will repair anything covered by the guarantee free of charge, while for anything not covered, we’ll give you a quote for repair.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Nardour and is protected by copyright laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any content from our website without our explicit written consent.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. To the extent permitted by law, Nardour shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
